Website interactions

The interactive examples run in your browser. KYA Risk has no analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, browser storage or embedded third-party media. Scenario selections are not sent to AgentRisk. The optional private brief builder is separate from the enquiry form: its fields are not submitted or saved automatically. Copying writes the brief to your device clipboard, which your device or clipboard manager may retain. You choose whether to paste it into the enquiry. Fonts and visual assets do not require third-party requests.

Enquiries on KYA Risk

Submitting the enquiry form sends your name, email, company and role if provided, workflow or autonomy change, and optional message to AgentRisk’s existing contact processor through a KYARisk endpoint. Each enquiry is associated with Source: KYARisk and Offer: Systemic Exposure Review. Visitor-entered information is sent in the request body, not URL parameters. Form entries remain in the page if receipt cannot be confirmed; KYARisk does not save them in browser storage.

AgentRisk uses the information to respond and scope the requested review. Its processor sends an enquiry notification and retains contact records, with fallback logging if mail fails. The relay does not maintain a separate KYARisk enquiry database. Technical delivery and hosting logs may also apply. Do not include confidential customer records, credentials or sensitive transaction data. Initial enquiries do not sign you up for marketing.

Hosting and external websites

Ordinary hosting and technical delivery logs may record information such as your IP address, browser details, requested page and request time. These logs may be retained according to applicable hosting/provider and AgentRisk operational practices. Links to AgentRisk.org and AgentRisk.io open separate websites with their own privacy notices and practices.

Retention and requests

Information submitted in an inquiry should be used to respond to your request. Any further engagement requires its own appropriate arrangements. Contact AgentRisk to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent. The handling of such requests depends on applicable obligations and the records involved.

Changes to this notice

This notice reflects the current KYA Risk website and its present data-handling practices. It will be updated if analytics, cookies, third-party services, enquiry processing or other material data practices change.
